The house was lovely with 2 master suites with super comfortable queen beds and each room also had a trundle bed in the room as well. The pool was delightful after spending the day at the beach. So relaxing and welcoming! The 3 minute walk to the beach was great and about a 7 minute walk to the town center. My only negative was that in one room we would find cockroaches in the shower/bathroom. Being close to the jungle, I understand but it was a bit un-nerving. There was RAID available at the house. There were tiny ants in the kitchen looking for water, so you want to keep all food in the refrigerator. I would stay here again, my sister would probably not agree (she found the bugs). The Northside is a bit quieter than central Sayulita and access to the beach is just a 3 min walk down the street. If you’re looking to be in more of a ‘party zone’, this may not be for you. If you’re looking for privacy, this property is unique as the house is behind a large iron gate which keeps out all the activity and most of the traffic noise. Courtyard is stunning! We spent most of our time relaxing in the ‘outdoor living room’ on the comfortable couch and chairs. Kitchen is well equipped but dated, as are the baths. (Hence 4 stars overall) We would recommend the Northside Cafe right next door and across the street is ‘Stogies’ - a neat little speakeasy style drinking establishment. Also, Chewbacca for quick grocery purchases and Whale watching with La Orca. Property manager was extremely responsive. ##### William H. The place had a stunning private garden and pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was perfect. The decoration in and outside the house couple with the vibrant colors added to the ambiance. The host Rene was easy to work with and arranged for car service to/from airport.
