The entire condo is for your use! Please feel free to enjoy the balconies and terrace, but PLEASE be careful and use good judgement. We ask that you respect the neighbors around you and keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm.
**Please ask us if you want to use the canopy/awning on the 3rd floor terrace. It can be dangerous if windy, and requires our permission to use and it must be cranked back in when finished.**
This unit has an awesome balcony overlooking River Street, so there is always the potential for noise given the restaurant/bar scene nearby. There is a bar next door that is new and may be louder late at night(particularly Thursday-Saturday night).

Are you driving into town? The penthouse provides one free parking space in the designated parking area, and additional parking can be found on the side streets. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Lincoln and Congress stop just a 3-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke in the property. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your own property.
