This eight-bedroom, 8 and 2 half baths, 9,006 square foot home can accommodate 22 guests. Enjoy your days down by the lake or by the pool, and end the day sitting around the fire or relaxing on the screened-in porch with the lake breeze. Relax in the hot tub after a workout in the gym. This home features 3 different kitchens, open concept living areas, and a first-floor master suite capturing amazing views of the lake. Carefully designed living areas, both covered and uncovered, cater to lake living at its best. This home may be called Paradise Found, but be prepared to get lost in this large home 3 story home. The main floor features two living spaces, two kitchens, two sets of washers and dryers, a queen bedroom, and one of the primary bedrooms. Downstairs is where the fun begins! You can find a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table even an indoor basketball hoop, and let's not forget the home gym and sauna. On the upper level is where you will find five of the seven bedrooms. Going up the main staircase walk into the second (Larger) primary bedroom. This bedroom has a large en-suite, including a steam shower, a balcony with views of Lake Michigan. But that is not all behind the "closet" doors find a minibar and a secret spiral staircase leading to a second balcony offering even better views. Down the hall is the bunk room that has its own loft area and is connected to a queen-size bedroom by a jack&jill bath. At the end of the hall is another queen size bedroom with a built-in desk, perfect for working from home or doing school work. The third kitchen, the third set of washer and dryers, and yet another living room is located above the garage (separate staircase) along with the last queen size bedroom. This vacation property will truly have you feeling spoiled by the end of your stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This vacation rental sleeps 18 guests. There is also a bike garage available for guests to use. Across the street from the home, you will find stairs that lead to your private lake access to Lake Michigan. On top of the staircase find two Adirondack chairs to watch beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan. Paradise is found both in and outside of the home. The house was spectacular! There are so many activities and amenities. The property manager was extremely responsive to any outage we had. The amenities inside and outside were phenomenal! The owners have thought of everything to make guests comfortable and entertained! The fire pits(4 of them!), the pool, sauna, the outdoor eating area, the front porch and all the athletic facilities kept everyone entertained!The basement amenities of pinball, ping pong, pool, foosball etc. was a fun way to cap off the day!The view of the lake was great! Nice area to walk and convenient to the downtown area!There was a storm the night before we arrived and the hot tub and pool were quite messy with debris when we arrived. We had multiple families traveling from both coasts to make memories - and this property delivered big time. From the comfortable private bedrooms so each family had their own dedicated space (inclusive of two apartment like units above the garage and next to the mud room) to the well appointed common areas that set the perfect stage for family bonding (swimming, hot tub, pickleball, fire pit, volleyball, the well appointed kitchen and the list goes on) this property was PERFECT. The lake views were relaxing, as were the private lakeside decks to watch incredible sun sets. The sandy beach was only a short walk or (even shorter) golf cart ride away. We were so excited to finally vacation with all seven of our children, their significant others and two grandchildren. We combed through all of the spacious. listings that were waterfront. We paid very close attention to the amenities and asked all of the questions to assure ourselves we were making the correct choice. The house itself is very easy to relax and enjoy, It was my understanding that we were only the second renters and we did feel there were some disconnects and issues in the listing that did not meet our expectation. Lizzie and Anne did a wonderful job trying to resolve them, but I hope they figure out how to make the next experience a bit more trouble free. We repeatedly asked about the beach in front of the home. You must travel to actually have beach access. We ended up using the pool daily but the cover was broken and we had to spend a lot of time skimming every day. Other issues plagued us from the start as well, once they find their rhythm with this home it will be worth the money spent. Clarity in listing will really help. All of the other amenities were used and appreciated. Family pickle ball, volleyball and campfires made our evenings shine. The view is spectacular from the front of the home. ##### James D.
