« My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and the space was a great size for the two of us. Overall, the place was clean and had what we needed. The little things kept us from rating it a 5/5... the floors were a bit dusty, the bathroom door and one bedroom door would not shut all the way, no vent over the stove, one very wobbly bed frame, and no blankets for the couch or any extras for the bedrooms. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owner has thought of everything even the little things that you may have forgotten to pack. She was very communicative and gave us a lot of ideas of what to do and where to eat. I enjoyed the properties location it was close enough to everything to either walk or a very short drive but it was nice to go away from all the hustle and bustle and have some quiet time. « Stayed for our daughter's wedding with 2 additional couples. Worked out great with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. It is close to the Southerner restaurant and you can walk everywhere but I prefer to be a little bit closer to the middle of town as you don't have to walk as far. The place was very nice, lovely backyard and front porch also. Loved the wood bannisters on the stairs. »

« We love Saugatuck and have been many times. There are many great places to eat. Phil’s is a great restaurant! You have to be prepared for a long wait if it’s the weekend .
