"The Pool is freezing. I asked the pool maintenance man if he can turn up the temperature and he said he will and it will be warm the next day, it wasn’t. I had my grandgirls with me and the pool temperature was disappointing."

"Great place to stay, parking is a problem and very expensive. The room service wasnt great, but the hotel is very good! "

"Checked into our bedroom suite for 2 nights, king bed and hide a bed had dirty linen. Hide a bed still had used sheet on and the bagged blankets in the closet were also not clean. King bed I felt itchy so I checked the linen, it wasnt clean lint and hair. Room had a smell that lingered. Do not recommend. "

"Came in late and left early, but the interaction with staff was excellent, the amenities were closed (on the middle of the night) and shuttle service was very helpful "

"Good place to stay. Our only issue was the parking lot is dangerously icy, some sand/gravel should be put down where the cars park and people have to walk after parking their vehicles. "
