Welcome to "a little bit of paradise" at this fully renovated condo in the Pequeño Paraíso complex, located in the desirable Las Palmas neighborhood. Just 2 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk to the vibrant city life of Playa del Coco, this easily accessible ground floor studio offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.  
  
  
  
Located within the Pequeño Paraíso complex, tucked away in a quiet and private corner of the Las Palmas neighborhood, this unit is part of a collection of studios, each with its own unique charm. Enjoy an incredible area perfect for refreshing swims and lounging under the sun. For added convenience, there is a paid washer and dryer area available on-site at the Rancho, keeping in mind that the unit itself features its own washer.  
  
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, located at the end of the street, across from the road that separates the beach from the rest of the Las Palmas community. The Pueblito plazas are two charming plazas, featuring a coffee shop, a mini supermarket, and a variety of restaurants, situated about 5 to 10 minutes from the complex. From Mexican and Italian cuisine to Mediterranean flavors and steakhouse options, you have plenty of dining choices. Furthermore, they recently added a very popular pub called The Wave for further entertainment within close distance.  
  
For more entertainment, restaurants, and supermarkets, a short 15-minute walk will take you to the bustling main strip of town, located in the renowned Las Palmas neighborhood. This area is both beautiful and reminiscent of Florida, offering a peaceful environment and 24/7 security patrols for your peace of mind.

Welcome to "a little piece of paradise" at this ground floor studio unit in the Pequeño Paraíso complex. This easily accessible studio greets you with an open concept, featuring a fully renovated kitchen area equipped with a full oven, fridge, and thoughtfully designed cabinets that provide ample counter space and storage for all your needs during your stay.  
  
The kitchen area also includes a dining table comfortably seating up to four guests. Right next to the dining area, you'll find a smart TV for your entertainment. For added convenience, the kitchen is equipped with essentials such as a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and microwave.The living room area offers a cozy sitting space where guests can enjoy watching TV.  
  
The bedroom features a queen size bed with plenty of storage, and a small desk area is available for those needing to study or work. The bedroom conveniently includes a door that separates it from the rest of the living space, providing extra privacy for guests.  
  
The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure, combining smart, practical design with convenience. Additional amenities for guest convenience include beach chairs and a drying rack.  
  
This condo is equipped with an AC unit, and the windows have rolling shades for your privacy when desired.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
