Welcome to Sarasota, this cozy three-bedroom, single-story house with a screened heated pool. The house is centrally located close to restaurants and stores and just a short drive from a beach. While you can also enjoy lots of privacy in a small, quiet community, this house is the perfect getaway for families, students, couples, and traveling nurses. Please note that the house is owner-operated, so lots of attention to service and guests are guaranteed.

Every bedroom has a smart TV, and Master Bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.


Kitchen:
Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space, then gather around the dining table to enjoy it together. The kitchen is equipped with:
Pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, cream, and tea are provided), kettle, toaster, blender, air fryer, and many more things to ensure a dinner can be prepared.

Living area:
Step inside and feel instantly at home in our tastefully decorated space. The open-concept layout offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The 65-inch smart TV, along with speedy Wi-Fi, guarantees a great movie night after a long day at the beach.

Pool:
After dinner, head outside to the screened-in patio and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. With plenty of lounge chairs and a covered seating area, it's the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a cocktail under the stars.
The pool can be heated for an additional small fee of 30$ per day. If you are staying for a week or longer, please reach out to me for special pricing.

Laundry:
Washer and dryer are in the house for your convenience (detergent is provided).

Pets:
House is pet friendly, pet fee is applied at booking.
