This beach retreat is tucked away on the quietest street in Gulf Place, more formally addressed as Henry Court. These multi level units are surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility and are so close to the beach!! This upscale, yet casual home comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a screened patio off the living room, a balcony off the Primary bedroom, and 2 designated parking spaces.
This spacious two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with sleeping loft. Just repainted with warm coastal colors and updated with new lighting, furnishings and accessories, this townhome offers a spacious open plan. The tiled main area offers a sunny kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, cherry wood kitchen cabinets and large breakfast bar that opens to a generous dining area and great room with double French doors leading to an outside screened in porch. The second floor has 2 Primary suites with king beds. The third floor is a loft with twin daybed with trundle. All bedrooms are equipped with smart T.V's
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
No pets allowed
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Loved staying at Gulf place in this very spacious townhome. We will definitely stay here again! The management company did a wonderful job of communicating and they were very helpful.
Gulf Place in general is well-suited to families who would like an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. This property was clean, layout was spacious for 4 people, and management company was responsive to all of my questions.
The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults. The unit was fully stocked and it was located in a quieter area yet with easy access to the beach.
The property is lovely, very cozy and spacious and extremely clean. It is equipped with all the amenities to cook meals (Publix is a short drive away) or an easy walk to nearby restaurants. The location along the rear of the complex affords much privacy with walking paths that take you to the private beach entrance less than 5 minutes away. We had our dogs with us and it was incredibly convenient to exercise them in the green space or walk around the neighborhood to the east. We could not have asked for a better location for our vacation!
Very quiet location away from noise but easy walk to beach and restaurants. Great dog park that is very close to property. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again. Thanks for letting us use your home at the beach we had a great time.
