Nice mall next to the hotel but the surrounding area was nothing special. Kudos to the hotel team for making the best of a challenging situation. No complaints once you’re inside. And everyone was over the top trying to make your experience a good one. But the elevator and building lobby border on horrific. "

The breakfast options were enormous; the roof top bar experience a reason in itself to stay; and the chef for the main dining room prepares creative and exceptionally prepared meals. A reasonable walk to almost all activities in Napoli. "

"The host was amazing. Very helpful to us. We were given vouchers for breakfast at the local restaurant. The area is completely walkable to everything you would like to see. Our apartment was overlooking the sea with a balcony. I broke my foot during our stay in positano and the host allowed us extra time after check out to accommodate me. I was very grateful and when I come back- this is where we will stay again!"

"Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious."
