« L’hotel est magnifique et les paysages également. La chambre était très belle mais le ménage laisse un peu à desiré. Nous sommes resté 15 jours et le sol n’a pas été lavé une seule fois ( j’ai marché sur une serviette hygiénique un matin qui était là depuis combien de semaines?) les draps en 15 jours n’ont pas été changé. Mais le personnels étaient adorable. Français n’y allé pas pour la nourriture ! »

« sans ascenseur mais porteurs ; c'est un guest house tenu par une famille: un Canadien qui a vécu à San Diego et sa femme des Philippines: gentillesse extrème. Personnel toujours serviable, aimable, souriant. Très jolie, propre et agréable piscine; hôtel sur la plage ratissée tous les matins avec sable fin et petits galets (prévoir sandalettes plastiques pour pieds sensibles); excellente cuisine Philippino et Mexicaine: à 2 reprises, j'ai fait mon menu avec poissons , crabes et grosses gambas:...

« Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond...

« There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

« Séjour de quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont mal isolées et auraient besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement. Le service du restaurant est long et le personnel peu aimable. Le cadre de l'hôtel est agréable, aux pieds des montagnes, mais demeurent néanmoins bruyant la nuit. La navette gratuite jusqu'à puerto galera est très utile. L'équipe de l'accueil est très agréable et disponible. »

« Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the beach itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners! »

« Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs »

« L'hébergement n'était plus à l'adresse indiquée mais 50 m plus loin. L'accès est plutôt compliqué car de la route principale,la pente est très très raide. Quand on demande, on trouve assez bien le lieu. La femme qui gère est super et arrangeante. Il faut prendre des moyens de locomotion pour bouger mais comme partout. Notre chambre était impeccable. »

"Nous sommes restés 4 nuits le personnel est plutôt agréable et à l’écoute l’hôtel est très propre et la piscine agréable Il n’est pas possible de se baigner devant l’hôtel et c’est un mauvais rapport qualité prix pour plus de 50 euros la nuit la chambre est très peu équipée même pas une chaise ! Il y a bien une fenêtre mais vu sur un couloir dommage ! Surtout lorsque l’hôtel est pratiquement vide (2 autres chambres occupées seulement) dommage de ne pas surclasser les clients afin de laisser un meilleur ressenti de l’hôtel !"
