"La atención y amabilidad del personal es excelente. Sin embargo Nono tiene lo que pagas. El hotel no es barato y los amenities brillan por su ausencia, un simple jabón de manos que hace la función de gel de baño un shampoo y un acondicionador es lo único que hay. El estado de las toallas en la habitacion, spa y piscina es deplorable, la calidad del juego de cama de cálida inferior a lo que uno paga. La piscina fría. Con cosas simples el hotel de una habitación podría tener las 5 estrellas. "

"The staff was great. They offered us bananas ans coconut water from the trees. The pool was anazing! We used it at night with the stars and in the early morning . It was 102 degree day so we limited outdoor activies to morning. The air was a lttle slow to cool. But it did get cool. The extreme heat was probably the problem. But we loved the place!"

"What really made this hotel stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. The room itself was spotless and very well equipped, showing the same level of care and attention. The hotel also has a small pool and convenient parking, which were nice touches. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace. It has comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm breeze. Overall, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay, but it’s the wonderful staff who really make it memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness are what set this place apart."

"The house and artwork were beautiful.The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were two families and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The pool no longer has a fence around it and many of the rooms have been upgraded since the photos in this listing. There are no longer bunkbeds which was a disappointment for the kids. If you want to go on beach walks or runs, beware of stray dogs. We hired cooks which was amazing, but the cookware in the house was in really bad shape and had Teflon peeling off, which is disappointing. We were not able to sleep in the master bedroom as the wind made the glass slider rattle so loud you couldn’t sleep. We were here during March which is a windy time of year. I would definitely stay here again, but the place would be a lot more comfortable with some basic improvements. "
