"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter. WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer...
