« The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
What we didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t available and the pool was cold. In fact, that whole end of the building, including the lobby was very chilly.
Breakfast was mostly gluten carbs, and no fresh fruit. »

« The property was a mess. The parking lot was torn up and the carpeted stairs leading to the room were filthy. The shower had mold in it and there were holes in the bathroom cabinets where there should have been drawers or cabinets. The lock to keep people out from the inside was missing and a metal plate in its place. I did not feel safe at this hotel and staff was kind enough give me a refund since there was not another room available at that time. »
