The interior of this retreat is filled with natural light, warm hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace that will make any downtime spent indoors a dream. After a full day on the lake or skiing at the nearby mountains, the fully equipped kitchen will be waiting for the chef of the group to whip up a warm meal for the whole gang. Plus, the brand new hot tub will be the perfect place to sink into relaxation mode as the stars come out.

With Lake Pend Oreille just down the drive, there will be no delay in making the best memories while kayaking, swimming, or fishing mere minutes away. If you have a few skiers in the group, Schweitzer Ski Resort is an easy 10-mile drive to the parking area. For a bit of city exploration, downtown Sandpoint is 12 miles away offering a wide variety of breweries, restaurants, and shops to explore. Feeling a round of 18? The Idaho Club Golf Club is also nearby. Forest service access to trail systems into the Cabinet Mountain range, Silverwood Theme Park, and lots of mountain lakes are also close by.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
