"Check out is at 11am. Housekeeping banged on the door at 10:30 am (without identifying themselves just loud bangs) startling me awake. Before I had a chance to ask who is knocking (as I was woken up abruptly) they opened the door. I called the front desk to notify them of this incident and they lacked accountability stating that this is protocol as some guests might checkout early. However I paid for the room until checkout time which is 11am, I had my things packed and ready to go, and I planned on sleeping until 10:50 and just roll out of bed, brush my teeth, and walk out the door by 11am as I paid for. This was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. People pay for the rooms until 11am and there should be no interruptions until then. I am incredibly dissatisfied."

"Parking was easy, rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciate and liked the bathroom and shower a lot. Only bad things were that the room was not ready when we first got there and that the key cards were somewhat faulty. Otherwise and overall, a pretty good stay and I would stay here again."

"You get what you pay for I only got a room at this hotel because I was gonna be going to Tijuana and I figured it’s close. I’ll just drive and park near the border. It’ll be cheaper than taking an Uber from San Diego looking back. I wish I would’ve just got a nicer hotel in San Diego and drove."

"We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The view was spectacular, especially at night with all the city lights. Pool was warm and spa even hotter. Felt really good after a day of site seeing. Host was very responsive and worked with us on a pool light issue. Kitchen was very nice with plenty of room to move about. My daughter was particularly envious of the decor. Loved all the sparkles. Beds were very comfortable. Had a bit of trouble keeping the fitted sheets on but they were very soft. The downstairs bedroom bath shower was a bit small so if you need a bigger shower you may need to go upstairs where there is a beautiful master with two additional bedrooms and bath. "
