Located 4.5 miles North of San Pedro town, in the peaceful residential area of Mata Grande, Indigo Beach Homes is an exclusive collection of 15 premier condos, boasting at least 1,800 sq. ft. of indoor living area and over 375 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck space. Beach Home 4B is beautifully designed with 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, open concept living room, dining room and furnished with modern kitchen, that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fitted with granite counter tops and local exotic hardwood cabinets. Kitchen is complete with glassware, dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. A true home away from home!

Designed to bring in the "Aire fresco" to your vacation home, open your glass doors, to the spacious wrap around deck, furnished with handmade Belizean hardwood. All homes have stunning ocean views and pool view from their private veranda, there is no bad view on this property. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect to gather in large or small groups enjoying the view, reading a book, playing a game or just enjoying some Caribbean Sea Breeze.

From floor to ceiling, prepare to be "wowed" by the unique designs of exotic hardwood, stylish interior decor and the comfort of a beach home with a touch of luxury. While you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze from the veranda, for upmost comfort, all beach homes are fully air conditioned, so you can enjoy the indoor space too.

All Indigo guests have access to the resort pool, beach area and private dock.

Your reservation includes complimentary concierge services and our team will assist you with all of the travel logistics to get you to your vacation home.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We follow an international enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. All beach homes are prepared by trained cleaners following an extensive cleaning checklist, wearing protective gear and using disinfectants approved by global health agencies. This property is absolutely beautiful, easy to locate, and the condo was in excellent condition. I cannot even describe how amazing the property managers were. They were so hospitable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this unit and this property!

Beautiful with friendly, helpful staff. Roads were a bit questionable due to truck traffic for construction. We enjoyed using the golf cart to travel around the area. We were given excellent shopping and restaurant ideas. We would do it all over again - just stay longer.

Clean quiet and beautiful

Exactly as described. It was nice to be away from town- we had a beautiful quiet stretch of beach almost to ourselves. Only downside is there is no food available on property.

Friends getaway

Overall, the property is beautiful in a very beautiful country. The 3 bedrooms all had connected bathrooms and beds were all queen or king which was important since we had 3 couples in our travel group. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/plates/glasses, etc. This was a wonderful location for those of us in the group that enjoy a quieter place with less activities going on. A few of our group was disappointed that there was no restaurant on the property or bar. We opted to go out to eat essentially every night so typically was 10-30 minutes drive on golf cart depending on where we wanted to go. Had fun exploring different places which for some of us this was part of the adventure. This location is perfect if you want the quiet, relaxing vacation. We did one main excursion with Island Adventures that we had booked ourselves and they agreed to come up and pick us up from the peer. Not all do this any longer we understand due to gas prices but was worth it to not have to take a 30 minute golf cart ride to San Pedro. We snorkeled at Hol Chan, Shark Alley, then Coral Gardens and then ended at Caye Caulker for tarpon feeding and looking for sea horses (only saw one). Lunch was included. Was a great outing. This property is very close to Mexico Rocks site but too far to kayak too so a couple of us were able to do a short excursion where they just stopped and picked us up and dropped us off again at our peer when they were bringing another group to mexico rocks. We also went to Secret Beach on our golf cart for a fun day there. Overall, great vacation! Beautiful place with wonderful people.

Great place and staff

Family spent a week here. The accommodations were nice and clean. The staff were all pleasant and ensured we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend this place if you are going to San Pedro.

Beautiful place with helpful management

Indigo is a gorgeous property in a stunning location. We loved the views, the easy access to town and diving and the feeling of being away from the busy downtown area while still being convenient to everything. The property and swimming pool is perfectly maintained. When we needed assistance with a minor emergency, the staff was encouraging and kind. We hope to return with our family for another stay next time we are in Belize. Thank you.
