"We had a wonderful stay at Jaco Laguna Resort and Beach Club! We really enjoyed the resort and its beautiful beachside location! The property was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They booked excursions for us, making it so much easier for us to experience the area without having to worry about organizing everything ourselves. We rented their bikes and explored Jaco. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay at Jaco Laguna Resort & Beach Club again!"

"Diane and her entire staff were fabulous!! The restaurant was amazing! We loved all the friendly pets that were there as well! The turtle shaped pool was one of my favorite things! Cannot say enough good things about this place! We strongly recommend staying here. Great distance to the beach/ocean. Location is off the beaten path, but we loved the secluded area. The property is very well maintained and they have security overnight. Never once concerned about safety. Great location right in between Jaco and Quepos for our adventures outside of the resort. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!"

"The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."
