Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everyone was super helpful, our room was cleaned daily, we had an amazing view and it was pretty quiet aside from a few barks here and there. We definitely book this property again!

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right by a stunning beach, and the pool area is a blast. The drinks keep coming, and they're reasonably priced. To miejsce jest niesamowite! Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Many fast food restaurants and dining options around the area. It is safe and relatively quiet, with the exception of planes departing and arriving at the nearby airport. Paid private parking lot is right across the street. Hotel offered everything we could need.

Our stay at the Royal Sonesta was a good experience. The only thing that was a bummer was that our bathroom had a small leak in the ceiling. Other than that, the stay and all the amenities were great, right on the beach.

The staff here is awesome. The package with breakfast and cocktails is a plus. The pool and beach access is convenient and the privacy of the beach was also great. Definitely recommend.

Nice location. If you want a balcony with chairs choose poolside view. Regular balcony with ocean view offers no chairs to sit out on balcony.

The property is beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach which was great for others in my party. I liked the hot tub and spent most of my time there. It would have been great if there were self-laundry services, if not on the resort then nearby. We took advantage of the most fascinating and unfortunately dirty excursions on offer. There were some staff that were very helpful and kind and a few that were indifferent and couldn't be bothered. The food was very good and we went exploring and had a great meal at a restaurant not far from the hotel. It would be helpful if the amenities could be listed and where to find them. Didn't like having a room on the ground floor with people passing by and the ability to see in your room. We asked to change rooms and were told it could be done the next day. When the next day arrived, no one knew anything about the request. I originally requested a balcony room but not sure my definition and their idea of balcony meant the same. The resort is in a good location. We used Uber services which was great so didn't need to think about parking. The hotel sent a cute birthday cake for my daughter's birthday which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The Royal Sonesta is a beautiful resort right on the beach! The rooms are nice, the beds so comfortable but most of all, the customer service was awesome! They take good care of the vacationers! Love the place and will be back!
