  • Spectaculaire maison de 3000 pc avec piscine, terrain de basket et terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur l'océan à la plage de Luquillo et vue sur la montagne à la forêt tropicale d'El Yunque.

    Cette propriété de villa de vacances est de 3 quarts d'acre et est située dans une communauté fermée double fermée avec sécurité 24 heures. La maison est une 4 chambres qui comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre principale avec une télévision de 50 pouces, des lits queen-size dans les chambres 2 et 3 et un lit superposé (Full / Twin) dans la 4ème chambre. La salle familiale a un canapé-lit queen et un canapé / futon pour une personne dans l'arrière-salle. Chaque pièce de la maison est équipée de la climatisation. La villa dispose d'une terrasse ouverte au rez-de-chaussée avec table à manger extérieure pour 8 personnes. La salle familiale est équipée d'un téléviseur LED 4K 60 pouces. La salle de jeux arrière est équipée d'un téléviseur 43 pouces avec un système de jeu Xbox One (2 manettes) et divers jeux. La villa est équipée de la télévision par câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi à 150 mps et d'un haut-parleur sans fil. La cour arrière a une piscine en forme de rein de 15x30 avec système d'éclairage et barbecue avec réservoir de propane. L'espace extérieur dispose également d'un barbecue et d'une station de lavage pour barbecue au charbon de bois / bois. La piscine a une salle de bain extérieure avec douche extérieure.

    La villa de style complexe dispose d'une cuisine complète en granit avec des ustensiles de cuisine bien approvisionnés et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. La maison est équipée d'un réservoir de réserve de 600 gallons et est alimentée en eau chaude.

    La villa est située dans le nord-est de Porto Rico et à quelques minutes de la belle plage de Luquillo et de la forêt tropicale d'El Yunque. Les autres sites touristiques à proximité sont Bio Bay Fajardo, les célèbres kiosques de Luquillo et Seven Seas Beach. Vieques et Culebra sont accessibles à proximité Ferrys ou Air Transportation. Le parcours de golf El Conquistador et Rio Mar Golf Culb sont situés à 15 minutes.

Overall, the property is good and is conveniently located near the rainforest attractions, several beaches, and Walmart. For anyone planning to explore the rainforest and nearby attractions, this is a great place to stay.The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay.That said, the owner could improve a few areas, particularly the bathrooms and the kitchen. The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from some upgrades and better maintenance. Other than that, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Juan and his home exceeded all expectations. He is an excellent communicator, responsive and has terrific local knowledge. The pool, basketball court and outdoor covered areas were our favorites to hang out and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. What else could you need??? Highly recommended.

The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches.The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs.The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge.

There were 10 of us who stayed for 10 days. Wonderful location. Close to restaurants, stores, El Yunque, and a short 30-35 min drive to the city. The house was beautiful inside, safe neighborhood, 2 gates to get in, etc.

This was a fantastic property to relax on the island, soak up the sun and enjoy our Spring Break! Each bedroom and main room has air and kept the house cool, laundry kept up with pool and shower towels which are provided too. Fabulous patio with electric grill was utilized while swimming in the wonderful pool and basketball court. Host, property manager, neighbors and pool maintenance company were all fabulous as well. Attentive when needed and always answered if there was a question. Visitting the island was wonderful and the property made it even better. Very close to many stores, restaurants, beaches and attractions. Highly recommend!!

The place is beautiful. The amenities were excellent. There was no hot water for the first two days because a switch in the laundry room was not turned on prior to our arrival. We could have used hand and face towels in all of the bathrooms. These are easily fixed with a pre-arrival checklist.

Beautiful Place

The House was in a great location close to the kiosk, beach and rainforest. Beautiful view and very comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is some of the locals make it a point to let us know we weren't welcome so dining out chose wisely.

Family Bad Bunny Trip. The house is as described. It doesn’t disappoint. The basketball court was a plus & yes it’s in the backyard. A private pool and huge backyard perfect for entertaining everyone. All the adults had their own comfortable rooms with ac. It is close to activities, shopping, restaurants, and quick drive to San Juan. Would stay again

Mom's 70th in an awesome place

We had a wonderful time - stayed there in early September. Absolutely gorgeous property - very close to everything. Pool was clean and fun. Beach was so close as well. Felt completely safe (gated community) and had a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and revisit next time I'm in PR. Thanks :-)
