The building counts with Caobos Coworking, which the guest you can enjoy flexible spaces at no additional cost. The space A full furnished loft studio, equipped kitchen, and double sofa bed, work desk, linen and premium towels, internet and Smart TV with Claro Hogar, spacious and modern bathroom. Everything in perfect condition, to enjoy your stay at home. Located on the 3rd floor, the building has no elevator. Guest access Video fireplace system, easy access by the city's main avenues. If you need a parking lot, it could be coordinated in advance, its price is not included.
