This spacious studio offers a full kitchen and everything you need for a nice vacation. The condo has high quality and functional materials and furniture. I loved the location across from a park. The unit itself was as-described. It is literally right on the bay and in a safe area. The communication with the host was good, however, he seemed a bit unclear on exactly how things work. For example, the AC- it needed to be attached to the window, in order for it to work- but the attachment didn’t fit properly and a handy man had to come and use aluminum tape to fix it. We had a few other instances like this, such as the bed side lamps not being charged and the batteries being dead in the TV remote. Lots of sand everywhere, with no way to clean it up. This place is very nicely situated by a park, overlooking the bay, 10 min walk to the ocean. Seems like a very safe and clean neighborhood. Bikes are available if you wan to cruise around. Nicely equipped kitchen for simple meal prep if dining out for every meal is not your thing. Very comfortable bed and couch with a nice TV if you want to chill.
