  • A spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with over 3000 sq ft. This unit has hosted many families and it has the battle scars to prove it. This unit is ideal for large groups on a budget. This property also has its own parking Garage (15ft W. 7ft H, 15ft L ) Please note that this unit does need tile work.

    *There is a separate 1 bedroom/1 bath detached unit in the back of the lot above the garage. See our separate listing, Beryl Bungalow, should you wish to elect to rent both the front house (Beryl Retreat) and the back unit (Beryl Bungalow) together.

    This unit is also only a five-minute drive from Law Street Beach! (1.4 Miles)
