Thank you for your review. We truly regret that the accommodations were not what you had expected. Your opinion and satisfaction are very important to us, and we are very sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests.

I am glad to hear you enjoyed your accommodations! However, I am sorry for the confusion on the hotel parking policy. It is not standard for our brand, but it is mandated by the city to have only paid parking on-site due to our location. That said, we do try to keep our overnight guest prices competitive with our neighbors and try to add value by offering premium privileges like unlimited in & out and free extended parking to 3PM. Even so, I will be sure to confirm with our desk staff and our listings that the correct information is being relayed to any future guests.
