"No hot water"

"The staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable although as I am 6'3" tall, the bathroom was very cramped! I had to leave the bathroom to change my mind. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and I took advantage of the credit vouchers I received to enjoy a wonderful breakfast there. I would absolutely reserve a room there again."

"This was an awful stay. I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone. I was told Engineering would visit to resolve. The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed. It was NOT. I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE. Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "

"Clean room Staff not very friendly or helpful Room cleaning staff just couldn't quite remember to restock coffee or cups. Bed was a bit broke down with no mattress pad. Sheet wouldn't stay on corners. That being said the location was great easy to come an go."

"Breakfast was ok. The coffee was warm, at best. The staff was very nice. Had stomach issues after almost each day. We had a one time $29.00 credit from Expedia. This wasn’t explained well. We had to give the voucher upon a meal or drink at the bar, which we didn’t realize until we got home. We assumed it would come off at checkout. A credit would be appreciate! The pillows were very uncomfortable. Location was excellent, room was very nice. "

"The experience started great with an early check in. My travel partner and I dropped our things off and went to run errands. When we returned to our room, the door was open, all the sheets stripped and our items no where to be seen. We rushed to the front where they discovered they had mistook us for another guest that was not allowed to be there and they shared they thought our room was theirs and had to remove their things. They gave us our things back and apologized, but it took over 3 hours to get our sheets back, and we never got the room set back up. They had stripped our trash bags, our bars of soap, and more because of us having used it after checking in. They never returned it and we had to go request it from them. The kitchen was dirty and not fully stocked with the basics like utensils to use. The entire place smelt like smoke/weed, the bathroom was dirty, and the fire alarm went off while staying. We felt unsafe the entire time we were there. All I can say is you get what you pay for. "
