The management company was also great. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids were happy. Barely anyone on the beach made it seem basically private. Management company provides minimum supplies to start: 1 roll of paper towel, 3 rolls of tp. The only issue was the walk over the double dunes, a little hard on my older in-laws. Other than that a nice place to stay ! I would book again ! ##### Louis B. Booking and all communication was great. Emails regarding the area, the home, the rules etc were received timely and appreciated! The house was wonderful for this family of 10! The kitchen and living area were spacious and open and we took full advantage of all the decks. We could see and hear the ocean from the top deck and watched the sun rise every morning. The path to the beach was right outside our door and we put it to good use, visiting the beach every day we were there. The beaches were sandy and beautiful. It was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and hot tub got plenty of use as well! ##### Andrea C. The house was excellent. Very roomy and good location. Couple of suggestions: need a new toaster, putting labels on light/fan switches to say what they go to (many, many switches in the house), maybe have housekeeping or maintenance check to see if Direct TV works during changeover. It was not working when we arrived. Maintenance arrived on Monday and couldn't fit it so DirecTV came a couple of days later to fix it (dish was not aligned properly). Love being able to text in issues to realty company/maintenance. Folks were friendly and timely. ##### Marcus C. House was the perfect size for 4 couples and my youngest daughter and 2 dogs. Weather was warm for this time of year and we spent most evenings on the upper decks watching the sunset over the sound and the moon rise over the ocean. Plenty of room to gather together in the great room and decks or to find a quiet spot when you get peopled out. Easy, short, private walk to the beach. If you get a beach driving access pass it's a quick 5 minute drive up from the ramp across from Salvo day use area. Quite handy for those days when you bring a ton of chairs and beach toys and fishing equipment. All in all a great vacation with some wonderful people and the house is well laid out and quite comfortable. ##### Jim L.
