Very nice room and everything was clean and well kept. Enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant. Easy walk for shopping and dining out and great views. Staff was amazing.Parking is a major issue if you have to park somewhere and elevator was out for awhile.

Based on the mixed reviews I thought long before booking this hotel. However, very glad I did. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, basic but very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is basic but enjoyable. The terrace is very good - probably the high point. Staff were mixed, some lovely some a little more grumpy, but this is often the case anywhere you go. I took my Dad abroad for the first time in 40 years as we lost my Mom last year - so thanks to Hotel Planas for a great stay :)

Very central location, close to beach and harbour. If people leave a towel on a sunbed Breakfast was disappointing, should be better choice of fruit not just apples and tomatoes, mushrooms or similar to cater for vegetarians. Too many sweet things. If something is left on a sunbed when not occupied, it should be removed by staff after 30 mins.No saving..

Arrive at the hotel and was able to begin my check in ready for the room to be ready. Room was clean and tidy and just what you need for your hols. Shower was really powerful. Bed were comfortable. We had breakfast as part of our booking and we certainly weren’t disappointed, food range and amount was plentiful and definitely set us up for the day. Pool and bar area were spotless. Loved our stay her.

The service was terrible, were rude and came across unhelpful when there was a bad smell from our room and not a double bed they said they couldn’t do anything about it and as soon as we said we would like to complain offered us another room.

Es una pena que con la ubicación,tan excelente que tiene el comedor sea a veces un desastre,poco para elegir ,muy repetitivo, muchos días faltaban huevos, agua mantequilla arroz ,porque según decían no les habían llegado ,el agua carísima 2'50 un botellita pequeña ,mesas sin recoger y no te podías sentar en ninguna parte ,por suerte no ha sido siempre pero creo que el comedor necesita un mucho de organización, he de decir que la comida estaba rica ,en general pero a veces un auténtico caos y no había tanta gente.

Muy malo

Nos dan Habitacion doble 2 camas, no nos cambian a una de matrimonio porque dicen no tener. Tenemos q pagar otra superior y si q tienen. Yo contrate 1 cama matrimonio pero depende disponibilidad..como no contrate directo con hotel pues la habitacion mas mala. Asi tal cual, no lo recomiendo, viejo, bufet escaso piscina pequeña sin sol a partir de las 18:30
