« Rooms is extremely outdated. Pillows are awful. Tv is too small. Bad smell inside the building. Parking lot is rough and full of potholes. And the water in the toilet would run every few second. »

« Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...

« My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance. »

« Employees were very friendly and the restrooms were very clean. The pool area was A+. The only downside was that they did not have the restaurants open, one did.not open until noon and the one that was open had 2 people working for.breakfast sandwiches. it took over 10 minutes in line to get my order. »
