"Horrible breakfast experience. The two women serving during breakfast were not welcoming at all and displayed very rude behavior. The tables were not cleaned properly, which made the experience even more disappointing.
On the other hand, the gentleman working there was excellent—he greeted guests warmly, explained everything clearly, and provided great service.
I had previously returned to stay here because of my past experiences, but after this breakfast experience, I do not plan to come back. Customer service and hospitality make a big difference, and unfortunately, breakfast service fell far below expectations."
