Bright apartment on the ground floor of a small quiet residence in the Urdazuri district, 6 place des Basques, completely renovated in December 2016\. Bus shuttle in front of the residence.  
Contemporary and refined decoration with parking behind the apartment. It consists of a living room with a large TV, the dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.  
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gas central heating.  
2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and each has its television. Cot for baby, ironing board and iron. The bathroom is spacious. Hair dryer.   
Internet access included in the service.   
All shops are near the residence: Carrefour Market, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurant.  
The promenade which joins the center of St Jean is very pleasant with its boats on the Nivelle, its sports course and a playground for children. Chantaco golf course is a few hundred meters from the apartment.  
  
I read the gas meter on your arrival, because consumption is at your  
fees except July August.  
The cleaning is done by you.  
You must carry your sheets and linen for the kitchen and the bathroom.  
  
The tourist tax is in addition: 0\. 90 euros per day and per person. Free for children up to 18 years old.
