« Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time. »

« We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company. »

« So much bigger than I actually thought. Had everything I needed to make tacos! Super cute area. Only on the listing it says check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am but it’s actually check in 3:30pm and check out at 10:30am. No big deal, realized too late so I just went straight to the dunes instead of checking in first. Pup and I had a great time and will be recommending this place to our followers ☺️ »

« Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but some stuff needs replacing i.e. hot pads, towels, Knives, etc. Plenty of blankets, firewood and propane along with plenty enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days. Our neighbors in the adjoining condo had to be told to turn down their television a couple of times because we could hear it clearly in our unit.I'm not sure why a person would want to just sit in their condo and watch TV all day and night with all that South Fork has to offer »
