### Spacious, bright, peaceful and beautiful new home with lots of places to roam!

Owner paid utilities, water, wifi and trash. This is a 2 story home: 2 bedrooms and an office/bedroom on second floor. 1 flight of stairs with railing on one side of the stairs all the way up the stairs to the bedrooms.  
New home in quiet and safe neighborhood that has fields, orchards and an expanse of walking, running and bike riding areas just out the front door. A close bike ride, run or car ride to the down town (less than 2 miles) where there are several excellent restaurants, cafes and a few breweries available. Freeways 505 and 80 as well as scenic country roads give way to the larger cities traveling both East and West (Davis, Sacramento/The Sierras and Vacaville/Fairfield /San Fransisco).  
No outdoor maintenance required. A large sliding glass door gives access to a large patio, table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ (in the summer) and small private, grassy, fenced back yard.  
Shuttered window coverings throughout allows the sunshine in or keeps it out and allows for selected lighting and view. Kitchen and dining areas are well lit partly due to the large window in the kitchen area and the huge sliding glass door as well as excellent overhead lighting. Besides being a top notch kitchen with new appliances and a counter for sitting, the conveniently placed and numerous cabinets will delight. The kitchen and the dining areas have manufactured wood flooring which includes the entrance to the garage. The dining area is immediately adjacent to the carpeted living room which has a large window also, thus making this entire great room a very pleasant living area.  
There is a spacious powder room and 2 large closets in the entry hall on the first floor. The upstairs houses the new washer and dryer, with numerous cabinets and a counter all in their own room with a door. There are windows every where you look! There is even one over the cabinet counter in the hallway which brightens up the entire hallway. Both the guest and master bathrooms are very spacious, have large counters, double sinks with cabinets, large mirrors, medicine cabinets and great lighting. The two bedrooms (office) as well as the master have large closets, large windows and are carpeted. You will find the best view of the orchards and hot air balloon launches in the front bedroom/office.
