"Location: Excellent for Potsdamer Platz for links to transport & Bus Tours - lovely walk to and fro, and lovely seated area outside hotel to relax or have snacks. Staff: Welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room/Shower: Simple, modern, clean. Great shower. Lifts were out on day we arrived, so they arranged a room on 1st floor as my partner would struggle with walking higher. Tea making facilities available in evenings downstairs was a lovely addition. Thank you to all."
