This recently refurbished four-bedroom, two-bathroom property can accommodate up to eight guests and offers a blend of historic charm and modern comforts, providing an ideal holiday retreat just moments from the beach and town centre. Upon entering, you'll find a house adorned with period details. A large bay fronted sash windows bathes the living room in natural light, highlighting art deco fireplaces and classic architectural features. The ground floor features a spacious sitting room with a single sofa bed available, a cloakroom, shower room, dining room, and modern fitted kitchen. Ascend the staircase to the first floor, where you'll find a family bathroom and two double bedrooms, each with their own unique charm. There is also a small study offering a space to set up a laptop for anyone needing a quiet space to work from whilst away. A second flight of stairs leads to additional sleeping quarters on the second floor, where you’ll find a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. WiFi-enabled TVs are available in all double bedrooms. Outside to the rear is a small courtyard garden with seating. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2 mornings and no one there.It could do with a washing line as wet towels became difficult to dry when there were 6 of us showering. ##### Karen R.
