The property has some particularly spacious principal rooms all leading off onto a raised terrace or balcony providing panoramic and diverse sea views including across nearby Seagrove and Priory Bays. The house is in a prime waterfront location and in addition to parking for a number of cars there is a garage and gardens to both the front and the rear with a gated access in the seawall leading onto the beach. Jul 4, 2025 #### So good we have already booked for next year. OMG! This property is simply amazing. I want to keep it secret so that it is always free for me (!) but that wouldn't be fair. The location is wonderful, as close to on the beach that a property could be. A private gate to walk straight onto the beach and at high tide the water comes through this gate. A choice of three terraces. A very short walk into Seaview either on the beach or, at high tide, by road. The property was spotless and very comfortable. Everything one needed for the kitchen was supplied and happily all utensils etc. were clean and ready to use. Anyone who has stayed in a rental property before will know why I am mentioning this. Can I find anything to fault? No. We booked for another stay whilst we were still there which is probably enough of a recommendation in itself.
