The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Budd Lake Beach and close to the Leota Trails, which made it perfect for relaxing and exploring.The house was spotless, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. All the amenities were in great condition, and it felt clear that the owners take pride in maintaining the property.Our host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. "A beautiful quiet setting on the lake. The lodge is gorgeous with wooden beams and wooden structure throughout. Kitchen is well equipped, water pressure is good and water gets super hot. Hosts are quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much because the temperature was below zero for our entire stay! The beautiful snow covered lake was spectacular scenery out the big windows. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"For the last 3 years, we have chosen a different Michigan home, with an indoor pool, to escape to for a long weekend with friends. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. The kids were especially happy to swim in a pool whenever they wanted to swim! The hostess was extremely responsive, accommodating and professional. The property itself was pristine. I have stayed in several rental homes, and this was one of the cleanest properties. I imagine in the summer, this is an amazing place to stay with lakefront/beach access. I would recommend to anyone traveling with a group. "

"This was the most perfect cabin for a winter weekend getaway! Everything was cozy, comfortable and in good working order. The hot tub overlooking the river on a snowy winter day, or on a clear night watching the stars, was amazing. Robert was super responsive and attentive to any needs we may have had. Highly recommend! We're already looking forward to bringing our whole family back next year!"
