"Absolutely a beautiful property, the view to the sea was stunning. The amenities in the room were "over the top" James was at our "beck and call" and very polite and spoke wonderful English. "Arrival is like a family member has arrived. Calls go out. The gate soon opens. Immediately you meet Lukas. Then his family members. A lovely view from the pool awaits. Be aware the living rooms are not for 1 BR 1bath units. I would suggest an update so that the 1BR unit rented and the pool area are the only items photod for such a unit. This property is excellently located. Great hospitality. Very friendly. Worth staying."

The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. "The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back."

"Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing area for drinks/tapas. Spacious clean & secure room with view of Table Mountain. Pick-up airport service (booked through hotel but not included in room rate) was efficient and friendly. The hotel is a long & somewhat complicated walk from the V&A waterfront and the cruise terminal. The free boat-shuttle to the waterfront was not operating because it was too windy, and the free shuttle bus schedule was not convenient for our schedule, so we ended up using a taxi service to both. If you are looking for a premium upscale property, this is not that. However, for its class, I give it five stars and would happily stay there again. "
