"Great layout. The photos don’t do it justice. Two first floor bedrooms with a third downstairs twin bunk room and upstairs loft double bunk bed, TV area, desk area, sun room. The outdoor patio table looks right at the mountains, great for hanging out. Hot tub great (4max). Natural light from the skylights throughout was beautiful."

"The house was in fair condition. Cobwebs in many areas of the home. In the bathroom, the shower curtain is stained at the bottom with a reddish color, from multiple washes, may want to change it out. The charcoal grill was full of ash that had accumulated from many uses. We had to clean it before before using it. The dishwasher has a strong odor coming from it, we weren't sure if we shoud use it? And the kitchen and stove top was not very clean. However, it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The house doesn't have any air-conditioning, and I don't recall seeing that on the advertisement, but I may have not noticed it at the time of booking. Overall, the house is a beautiful house and the views are spectacular. I would love to come back to stay again, but a little more TLC needs to ge given to this lovely home to make it more inviting. If I were to come back to Arroyo Seco again, I would book this home. FYI, make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, none was provided."

"This rental is beautiful inside and out. Good communication with the owner and easy self checkin. We had a wonderful summer stay. We started our day drinking coffee on the patio which had beautiful mountain views. There is plenty of different seating arrangements you could choose. The location was also perfect. Very close (2 miles) to the cute little town of arroyo secco. Cute shops, restaurants, ice cream and coffee and a small market (groceries). @15 minutes to Taos and Red River. The kitchen was stocked with the needs for making your own meals at home. It has an open concept with kitchen Island, lg dining table, and multiple couches for comfortable conversations. Wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"This is one of the nicest (of approximately 100) homes we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a little tricky to find, but that’s in the nature of things.The kitchen is perfectly appointed. All appliances work swimmingly, and they’re uncomplicated. There were two sets of wi-fi networks and two sets of passwords. One set works. (Suggestion to host: Take the placard on the dining room table out; it’s info is dated.) Recyling and trash pickup advice were also given in duplicate, so we went with the easier set (Basically, “Leave it to the cleanup crew”).The location is wonderful—note that doesn’t mean “bucolic;” it’s in the high desert. An 11:00AM checkout was simple to arrange.Our dog enjoyed himself (Thanks for being pet friendly!) I really can’t say enough about good. The duplicates above are likely the result of our being in residence during a changing of the guard."
