Would recommend as long as you can deal with the one downside. This is the trucks mentioned in the online listing. The noise of them is not a problem, it is the seismic movement of the house as they go past that is problematic! The rocking of the house will wake you up/keep you awake unless you are a heavy sleeper. If you have been traumatized by an earthquake, this is definitely not the place for you!
