"This was our third stay at the hotel, and this time we had a large apartment which was very well proportioned. The hotel is very central to Rostock and therefore very convenient to all that Rostock offers."

"Der Aufenthalt im Ort war sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren alle belegt, jedoch war es sehr ruhig im Haus. Leider war unsere Ferienwohnung von der Sauberkeit nicht so prickelnd. "

"Als erstes fällt einem der üble, chemische Geruch auf, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Der Geruch verfliegt auch nicht, egal wie lange man lüftet. Besonders sauber war das Appartement auch nicht. Es lagen Krümel auf dem Geschirrschrank, an den Küchenschranktüren klebten noch Kaffeeflecken, im Bad war die Toilettenbürste wohl schon länger nicht sauber gemacht worden und staub lag sowieso überall. Vermisst haben wir Müllbeutel und einen neuen Spüllappen anstelle des alten, evtl. auch ein sauberes...

"Niedliche 1-Raum Wohnung mit offenen Schlafbereich.Sauber und zentral. Strand mit 10 Gehminuten entfernt.Dritter Stock, mit schmalen Treppen. Innenausstattung war gut, aber leider kein Spüllappen in der Küche oder Trockenhandtuch für das Geschirr.Check in hat leider nicht so gut funktioniert. Kurtaxe würde bezahlt, ohne Kurkarten zu erhalten. "

"Um es gleich auf den Punkt zu bringen > es ist dreckig !!! Töpfe , Besteck , Tassen Eine Küche darf benutzt aussehen aber nicht gammeln. Der Messerblock steht da und ist zum fürchten. Am schlimmsten ist allerdings das Bad. Im/ am WC sind Spuren von zig Vormietern. Im Waschbecken und auf den Fliesen waren Haare. Die Dusche hat an vielen Stellen schrecklich dreckig ausgesehen und Schimmel ist klar zu erkennen. Der Abfuss schafft es nicht wenn man Wasser laufen lässt. Wir haben bei Freunden...

"Die Lage der Unterkunft super, allerdings war die Unterkunft selbst nur mäßig geputzt, die Küchenzeile, sowie das WC völlig verdreckt. Bei 80 Euro für die Endreinigung eine Unverschämtheit.Der Kühlschrank war kaputt, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach ausgestattet und müsste mit Sicherheit an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden (insbesondere die Matratzen und das kleine Schlafzimmer mit dem Teppich). Im Großen und Ganzen war es sauber und für unsere Ansprüche und Zwecke war alles gut. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir haben es genossen jederzeit das Wasser und die Schiffe zu sehen und so nah am Strand zu sein. "

"The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets. Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway."

"Because I left very early for the ferry the staff had made a lovely vegetarian breakfast for me to take away. There are lockable fridge locker and a kitchen area with sink and microwave. I emailed the hotel 48 hours before I arrived to make the request and the breakfast was in the fridge the evening before I left. Excellent for a stopover."

"I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t. "
