10/10 Excellent

"The property was pleasantly better than expected and the room was spacious and although slightly outdated very clean and well maintained. The reception area ( which was extremely difficult to find in the dark) was beautiful. Modern and newer construction at the reception desk and although we checked in much later than expected, the staff was amazing and very understanding. Great experience and for that region an amazing find."

"Highly recommended for a quick stop on the highway. Loved Nspanee. Clean comfortable and a good nights sleep. The air conditioner was not noisy and kept a good temperature. Shampoo moisturizer and tissue ( kleenex) provided… some scratch in appliances but not an issue. One of the two electronic cats did not work."

"We had a lovely stay at The Waring House. The room was large and nicely decorated with a separate sitting area. There was even a little patio outside that we never had a chance to use. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff we spoke with were all friendly and helpful. We watched the soccer game at the pub onsite and enjoyed some drinks and bruschetta. Breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of options offered."

"This hotel is an older model but was comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor which was below ground level so the windows are high and small. There is black out curtains which was great for sleeping. The AC worked good as well. The beds were comfortable. The sheets and blankets are old but were clean enough. The shower was amazing with lots of pressure. The breakfast was really good with hot and cold options and lots of it. The back door of the hotel from the parking lot is not locked so that may make some people uneasy. There were also no peep holes in the door so don't answer your door if you aren't expecting anyone. I did see a small work out room which looked sufficient. There is a gazebo out near the water which was nice and peaceful in the morning. Our tv remote was not working so the staff changed the batteries and came in and turned on the TV for us. It takes 2 remotes and there was no instructions but once we were shown it was fine. This is a no frills motel and is good if you are just passing through and need an affordable room with free parking and breakfast included. Staff was also pleasant."
