The space
Palazzo Franchi Pantheon,

Step into a charming LIVING ROOM featuring a dining table, a spectacular balcony with
a direct view of Piazza della Maddalena, and a library of antique books dedicated to Rome and the ancient dukes of the Franchi family.
Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped KITCHEN with a breakfast table, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a BATHROOM.
A stunning hallway decorated with antique bronze sculptures leads to the FOUR BEDROOMS, ALL WITH FOUR PRIVATE BATHROOMS.

The first bedroom, ROSSOValentin, is a triple room featuring a king-size bed and a
single bed, along with a private bathroom, decorated with Italian fashion sketches from the 1950s.
The second bedroom, SEA LOVERS, is a double room with a double bed, a remote work area, and a private bathroom; it is dedicated to lovers of the sea and decorated with Italian paintings depicting the sea and a handmade wooden sailboat.
The third bedroom, DUKE’S, a triple room with a double bed, a single bed, two panoramic windows, and a private bathroom, is decorated with antique paintings, mirrors, and bronze sculptures.
The fourth bedroom, BYRON (single), is dedicated to those who embarked on the “Grand Tour” and features a private bathroom.
For bookings of ten guests, the living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, and the bathroom adjacent to the living room can be used as a private bathroom.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in a restricted-traffic zone, parking
"Cavour" public parking lot (reservations not accepted) is a 12-minute walk away, or there are various private parking lots
about 1.5 km/2 km away.
Throughout the historic center, you can rent bicycles and electric scooters for a fee
