### Cozy Home near the center of Rome

Relax in this renovated apartment, fully available to guests. It is located in the typical San Giovanni neighborhood. You will be 10 minutes from the Colosseum and Circus Maximus, and just 700 meters from the Basilica of St. John Lateran, surrounded by the Aurelian Walls that border the area.  
  
The neighborhood offers plenty of shops, traditional Roman restaurants, a local market open every morning, supermarkets, a bus stop for route 628 right outside the building, and Metro line A.  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator, in a beautiful building in the San Giovanni neighborhood. Recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bedroom with soundproofed double-glazed windows, and a bathroom with a large shower and bidet. Inside the apartment, you will have at your disposal: unlimited fiber-optic Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs (in the bedroom and living room), and mosquito screens on all windows.  
  
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. They will be given the keys (for the building entrance and the apartment door), which will be returned upon departure.  
  
There are no specific check-in or check-out times for entering and leaving the apartment, just the usual rules of living in a condominium!
