Hotel Quirinale

"Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were efficient, professional, and polite throughout our stay. We enquired about a paid room upgrade on arrival, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. We also discovered that the basin taps in our bathroom were not functioning correctly. To their credit, the staff immediately offered to move us to another room the following day and handled the change efficiently and without any fuss. Thank you to the team for resolving the issue so promptly. If you are considering staying here, my advice is simple: book one of the rooms overlooking the central courtyard garden. It is well worth the additional cost. We were travelling as a group of four and the other couple in our party stayed in an Executive Double overlooking the garden, while we stayed in a Superior Double. To be honest, we were a little jealous! The garden views are beautiful, the setting is peaceful, and the rooms feel that much more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room sizes were generous by European city standards. While the hotel is undoubtedly showing its age and could benefit from some refurbishment, this did not detract from our stay at all. In many ways, the hotel’s character, charm, and nostalgic atmosphere are part of its appeal. It feels like stepping back into a more elegant era of travel. The standout feature, however, is the location. It is 10/10"

"Clean, nice-sized room and bathroom. Front desk is customer-service oriented. It did take a little longer to check in than I thought, but all was well. Did not use the restaurant or any other amenities except the very-convenient and free shuttle to the airport! Would definitely stay again!"

"Charming historic hotel with amazing italian achitecture. The old hotel lay out isnt perfect regarding room lay out and there are few electric sockets which also has an off non eu standard type. The rooms are are letting some noice in. The roof top bar give you an extraordinary view over Rome which to a large extent lack tall buildings. The hotel is very near Roma T railway station and airport trains which is useful."

"Older building with real character. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. I wasn't a fan of the elevators and the number of steps required to even access the elevators. My husband is not handicapped, but that was alot for him - especially with bags."

"UNA Hotels Deco is an excellent hotel with excellent service and great location which is near to lots of good eateries. My only feedback is our bathroom shower system was not working well. It’s very hard for me to change the overhead shower to the hand held one. Please do something about that. My room was 127."

"The room was clean and it’s a normal space for a hotel room. The hotel was nice, I like the set up, with work spaces, lounges inside and outside of the hotel. Very cool. The only thing is, if you want to go to Vatican City, which the majority of the things we wanted to do, including the Coliseum, we had to catch a taxi every day, twice a day. Taxi fare is expensive. And it takes about 25-30 mnts. Not whole of of things to do near the hotel."
