Classic White New England Farmhouse. Enjoy the newly built loft above the "barn". A separate entrance leads you upstairs to your tranquil getaway. Cream colors and natural woods relax your mind. Large windows look out to treetops with the option to close with remote control blackout blinds. Loft has clean, well-equipped kitchen. As well as beautifully tiled shower/bath combo. White leather sectional is a cozy welcome for morning coffee or a fun evening of cocktails. Friendly, safe neighborhood close to town and walking trails.

Perfect
I loved my stay here it was perfect! It was a great place to stay, close to everything in the Mid Coast ME area, and a quiet retreat after a busy day. This was one of the best equipped rentals I have ever stayed in, the host had thought of everything.

Loft Experience
Wonderful stay at The Loft in Rockland. In town for the closing on our new home in Tenants Harbor. Nice street in a peaceful neighborhood. Convenient to all the towns from Waldoboro to Camden.
The farmhouse loft was great.....very comfortable, clean, quiet in a great setting. Met Jo'sanne and her beautiful family. Highly recommend.......

Amazing loft!
This is a lovely loft in a perfect location for exploring nearby. The amenities are wonderful and she has thought off all the large and small details. We felt very comfortable and safe. This part of Maine is amazing. We will be back next year!

Simply delightful
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with I loved staying in this cozy nest. It was beautifully appointed. Everything was clean and tidy. I wanted for nothing. Anyone who chooses to stay here is in for a real treat. I stayed here while taking a writing workshop, and it was the perfect atmosphere within which to be productive.

Rackland Farmhouse
My stay at the farmhouse was wonderful. The lodging was spectacular and very well equipped. The host was there if I needed something and very friendly. As for the interior it was perfection. A combination of farmhouse and shabby chic. I would absolutely stay there again.

The Loft
I had a great experience staying in Rockport. The loft is wide open, light and airy. The location was perfect, close to town but nice and quiet. All new appliances, comfortable bed…I look forward to staying there next summer too.

Good spot
The location and feel of this place was ideal. Central to all the spots I wanted to see and stumbled on to a few new ones. Property had everything I needed to make it” home” while visiting the area. Very quiet, clean and well equipped. Take note that there is no television but had Wi-Fi, so streaming was possible on devices.

My husband & I traveled to Maine for our 20 yr anniversary. We chose Rockland because it was the center point of our traveling plans. This property was perfect, they thought of everything! Very clean, quiet neighborhood & close to all conveniences! Would definitely recommend!

A Gem in Rockland...
Jo'anne's loft is so awesome we didn't want to leave! The studio apartment has a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed and a sitting area with very nice furnishings. Jo'sanne is delightful and accessible for any questions we had.
There's much to do in the Rockland area. We took the Rockland ferry to Vinalhaven, had a picnic at Lawson's quarry and ebiked around this beautiful island. We played golf at the Rockland CC, listened to outdoor music at the Camden amphitheater and rented a sailboat in Camden harbor.
