Unique to Northern Illinois, this Spanish style Villa boasts five patios, a furnished balcony, a gazebo for the perfect small wedding and capacity of 10 + for sleeping. An outdoor dry Cantina with funk is only one of the many surprises you will find as you look at every turn to something unexpected. This property is filled with beautiful furnishings and offers a gas fireplace, Bar & Coffee Bar, game table, two TVs hidden in beautiful armoires, many seating areas, a furnished balcony off of the upper level that boasts a 12 foot ceiling. A large walk in shower on the upper level and a jet tub in the lower bathroom offers any level of self-care desired.

This place was super super awesome! I didn't realize that there were only 3 bedrooms, but there was definitely space for a lot of people to sleep *if you're okay with sharing beds*. 3 bedrooms, two full sized beds in the basement with pull out beds beneath. I feel like there may have even been two other pull out couches? But our group didn't need them so we didn't bother looking for them. For a close group of friends/family, totally perfect! The vibes were immaculate. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time for my birthday getaway. The only downside was that the power went out for quite a while due to the high winds but they delivered some flashlights for us in no time! This home is so beautiful- words can not describe. I definitely want to stay here again.

TL:DR VERSION: This is a great space and a welcoming host. Well-furnished and has lots of nooks and enhancements that make it a nice place to stay. After our departure there were substantially charged communications that occurred with the owner after that were only partially grounded; the owner’s communication included some unnecessarily inflammatory accusations/implications invoking DCFS and some bothersome invocation of children being observed outside on security cameras. Some important house safety issues existed that are easily resolvable and I would have let go barring the communication issues but these do merit additional consideration when selecting a space. Overall a regrettable situation for all parties.

A unique home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities and eclectic decor. There are multiple areas for outdoor entertainment, and a marvelous hot tub. Enchanting lighting adorned the trees and plants. The largest indoor gathering area is the dining room with cozy seating for 6 at the table or in the lower level (basement) game room. There is only seating for 3 in the living room around the fireplace and TV armoire.Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen. Spices, coffees, and all cleaning and paper products were abundantly provided. Workspace for meal prep is a tad limited by the decor, which is also abundant. Parking is off street and can be gated. This property is a great value for the price! Would stay there again for sure!

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! It's truly a relaxing place.

We had a fantastic stay! Eight of us stayed at the house for the weekend and we had additional guests over one day to celebrate grandmas 88th birthday! The kids loved the arcade games and popcorn machine and the adults made use of the numerous patio spaces outdoors.

This was a perfect stay for our multi family stay. There are so many areas throughout the house that make this place unique. There’s also many different nooks that, if you just want your own peace and quiet, “away from family and friends”, you can escape too, The lower level bedroom has its own private full-size bathroom. Only thing I have already recommended is to have a small area in the lower level bedroom to hang your clothes in…otherwise the place was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

Incredible week!

We stayed here for a week leading up to our wedding, with the wedding taking place here as well. The wedding party was able to stay with us the whole week and we had a wonderful time. In fact, we’re already planning on coming back next year to celebrate our anniversary!The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a minor maintenance issue on the first day of our stay, and someone was sent over quickly to fix the issue, which took less than half an hour. We definitely recommend this place!

Birthday Party

Decided to do my 22nd birthday party at this unique place! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the same in person but the in person are more amazing. Me, my family, and friends got to explore everything it has and we thought it was very cool! We all had so much fun being there and it was definitely worth it! It felt like we were all in a different country because of the setting of the place which is we love so much!

The Sedona house is a vibe!

My mom and I spent Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time! This property is super unique and literally feels like another world! Super clean and everything you could need to feel right at home! Super close and convenient everything as well and the host was so friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Great Trip!

We had a small friends get-together for a birthday party and really enjoyed the property. The outdoor spaces are excellent and fit a group of 6-8 well. The arcade was a fun touch!
