It is shared with an upstairs and downstairs rental, which we did not know from the description. It was not a problem, but would have been nice to know. We accidentally opened the door on the side of the house to bring our stuff in because it was closer and didn’t realize we intruded on the downstairs renter. We didn’t mean it and felt bad. Note: there is not an easy access sidewalk directly from parking area to the front entrance … so it is hard to roll in a suitcase (or oxygen concentrator in our case…we were there for a Mayo visit).This house is not handicapped accessible. 4 stars for cleanliness and deco and all we needed! We would definitely recommend this rental … just not a good fit for us with hauling medical equipment. ##### Brenda K. We picked it as a convenient spot to meet up and hang out with friends, and it ended up being perfect for exactly that. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and cozy. The kitchen was definitely a highlight! It was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make dinner and even bake cookies before everyone else arrived. It’s so nice to stay somewhere that thoughtfully provides all the essentials — pots, pans, utensils, and fresh towels and linens — it really made things so easy.The space itself was clean and beautifully furnished, with comfy touches that made it easy to relax and unwind. You can tell the hosts really care about keeping the place in great shape and making sure guests have everything they need.All in all, our experience was lovely from start to finish.
