Centrally located on the border of Pittsford/Henrietta and minutes from the 590 and 390 expressways, you are close to shopping, cultural events, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Wegmans grocery store minutes away. A beautiful new YMCA is two minutes away. Sleeping six, there are three bedrooms and two baths all located on the same level of this ranch home. You will self check-in to your stay via keypad on the front door, with a lockbox w/key as backup. I am available via the Airbnb portal or in emergency by phone; please let me know what you need to enjoy your stay! There is a section of the yard fenced for pets. Pets welcome if approved by host - $20/night/pet. Please enquire. Fee will be requested a few days prior to your arrival. Parking in driveway with room for several vehicles - and a turnabout for changing direction. No shoes in the house please. NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors. Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture. Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. There were several ceiling spots full of water/and or signs of water damage. One of the bedroom doors had a hole in the back of it. None of the beds were comfortable. No outside lights available to turn on when we left for the day to return to a dark house. The basement is simply sketchy. I wouldn’t go down alone to do a load of laundry. Appliances are all really nice, new and upgraded. Bathrooms are renovated. Floors are creaky. I think this was a great effort in remodeling; needs to go several more steps! ##### Ann B. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We stayed at this lovely mid-century modern home for a week in November. It was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family while attending athletic events at RIT. The house is equipped with lots of "extras" including everything you need to cook a big meal. It was especially nice to have a small fenced in yard for our dog. The wifi worked great! And there is lots of space for the whole family. Cheryl made check-in easy with a keyless entry pad and extra keys in a lock box. There is a good size driveway for several cars to park. We were having house projects done and needed to vacate our home for about three days.
