What an an amazing comfortable home! We had 3 couples spend 3 days at the house and there is everything you need and more included with this home. I have rented many homes and this is the first one that has an abundant supply of napkins, paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and even some bathroom necessities if you forgot something.The beds, pillows and furniture are very comfortable along with a huge kitchen island and table to play games prepare food etc.The game room in the lower level is a huge plus along with the availability of a heated garage on very cold mornings.Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for a family gathering

Our family is spread out across the country, but we enjoy renting a house together a couple times a year to hang out for awhile. The Bella Retreat was a great spot with very comfortable beds, toasty bedding, some games on the lower level, and a fully equipped kitchen. Room for our big family to have a great time!

We had the most wonderful stay at Pamela’s beautiful home! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Beautiful house!

Property is even better than the pictures! Stayed here for a wedding located 15 minutes away. Perfect location with plenty to do in the area. The house has everything you can think of and more. The house manager was amazing and was around if I needed anything. Wonderful place to stay and will return again if I’m ever in Rochester!

This was a fantastic house! Had everything we could think of and more! A very beautiful, clean home! The kids in our group had a great time With the games downstairs and loved the Harry Potter room! We came to Rochester to visit friends and this house was such a great home base. It is convenient to all of downtown Rochester and plenty big enough to enjoy meals, games and fun together. It is thoughtfully decorated with furniture great for a big group. The pop a shot game in the basement was a favorite of kids and adults alike.

Fabulous home! Spacious, luxurious and comfortable. A group of girlfriends stayed at this gorgeous home for a reunion and we all absolutely loved it! Pamela the host, had excellent communication and provided everything we needed. Little extra like extra toiletries, popcorn, water bottles made us feel so welcomed. The open living room/kitchen and dining area was wonderful to hang out with an abundance of space for all seven of us. More could have joined us for a sit down meal at the table. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch for our morning coffees. The home was spotless, well cared for, and meticulously setup with guests comfort in mind. We all wanted to stay longer, and definitely would love to stay here again!!all around awesome!!

Great Set-up in Rochester

We had an outstanding stay. House was in great shape and very well furnished. The Gym room as well as the basement game area were real highlights. The house systems were easy to use (TV set-up, garage door via app, etc). Property manager was very proactive with communications. Only good things to report from this stay!

Beautiful property

We stayed for our daughters graduation from UMR. The home was beautiful and had great amenities (arcade and board games, fitness equipment). All of the little details like the toiletries in bathroom, coffee bar, yummy welcome gift, made it that more special. Lots of different areas for people to hang out in. If the weather had been better, we would have utilized the outdoor fire pit and screened in porch!! Would definitely come back here if/when we come back to Rochester! Pamela was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect winter stay

Our group of 11 from the Twin Cities had a wonderful stay at the Bella Retreat. Our host, Pamela was great at communicating throughout the process of our booking, stay and leave. We came during a winter storm and Pamela made sure the snow was removed on the driveway before our arrival. To top it off, Pamela let us park in the garage because of the storm. The home was exactly as the ad stated and had so many amenities. The home is fully stocked and had so many fun activities for the kids. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re in need of a stay. Thank you so much for the accommodation, Pamela! It was such a treat for all of us.

AMAZING!!!! Every single thing about this property/ stay was far above and beyond our expectations. The house is amazing. The photos are totally accurate, but still don’t do it justice. We were in town for our dad’s 95th birthday. Our children/grandchildren live in 4 different states. All were able to come for the weekend and the house accommodated all of us, in every age category. Pamela went the “extra mile” in every aspect of this property from laundry pods to coffee to hair dryers to cosmetics to extra paper towels, and the list could go on and on. We could not say enough great things about every single aspect of this rental. We are all so, so grateful for this stay and our comfortable time together! Than you so much Pamela!

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat!

Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this property is well-loved and impeccably maintained. Everything was spotless, and the layout was both spacious and cozy, making it the perfect place for our holiday gathering. The kitchen was a dream for Thanksgiving meal prep, with plenty of counter space and every utensil or appliance we could need—truly a chef’s delight! The living areas were so inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The kids had an absolute blast with the games provided, keeping them entertained for hours. And for the adults, the workout area was a fantastic surprise—well-equipped and perfect for burning off some of that pumpkin pie! This home had everything we needed and more, from the thoughtful touches in every room to the overall comfort and warmth. We’re already talking about coming back for another family trip!
