« Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

« The location is great, the beds were ok, but the dishes and floors were dirty. We had to wash the dishes prior to using it. The freezer was frozen solid with ice, not much place to store anything. The wifi did not work. Only one real window. The place had a really bad odor of perfum that we just couldn't get rid of. Overall, not a great experience. »
