« The check in was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. It seemed like the property manager was from an overseas call centre. Cleanliness wise, the pop corn, salt and lollies in between the lounge was very poor. Check in time is really late and when you ask for an early check in, it’s in ed, despite being advised that they will get you in early were possible. »

« Except for the confusion over check-in time we were pretty happy with our stay at Bombo Blue. The house is cosy and has everything we needed for our short visit.One issue that we would like to raise is the insect door of the balcony needs to be fixed asap. The mesh is torn and has holes in it. Also the door derailed we tried to slide it open. As such we found a few mosquitoes inside at night time. « Management are disorganised and unaware of their own check in conditions and room configuration. It took no less than 7 phone calls and just as many emails to confirm check in time. The apartment was fine. Two small towels for two people, no face cloths. Beds could do with being replaced. Carpet wasn’t super clean. Balcony was dirty and chairs covered in cobwebs. The off-site managers (Holiday Rentals) needed 3 phone calls before they provided the unlock code for the key box, so we were left standing at the property. The coffee machine did not work. The left-hand bed lamp did not work and neither did the ceiling light above that part of the room.
